摘 要:西北某磁铁矿石属于典型的低品级微细粒嵌布的难选磁铁矿石。本文采用多种工艺对该类矿石进行试验,探索提高精矿铁品位及回收率的有效途径,包括阶段磨选、反浮选、尾矿强磁选、焙烧磁选、直接还原等。其中,"阶段磨选-精矿反浮选,尾矿强磁选-焙烧弱磁选"工艺获得精矿品位为60.02%、回收率为66.10%、选矿比为2.772倍的综合指标。A magnetite ore in northwest of China is a typical low grade and micro fine refractory magnetite ore. Many processes were used in the test to explore effective ways of improving concentrate grade and recovery of this kind of ore, including stage grinding and separation, reverse flotation, tailings intensity magnetic separation, roasting, direct reduction and so on. Among these processes, by the stage grinding and separation-reverse flotation on concentrate, tailings intensity magnetic separation-roasting and magnetic separation process, the concentrate grade is 60.02%, the recovery is 66.10% and the concentration ratio is 2.772 times.
