系统性急救护理程序在重型颅脑损伤患者救治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨系统性急救护理程序在重型颅脑损伤患者救治中的应用效果。方法 2004年4月至2013年3月,按入院先后将军事医学科学院附属医院收治的127例重型颅脑损伤患者分为观察组64例和对照组63例,对照组采用传统的急救护理方法,观察组采用自行设计的系统性急救护理程序(如伤情判断评估、保持呼吸道通畅等)实施早期有效的救护,比较两组患者的的急救时间、并发症发生率、病死率及医生和患者家属对护理质量的满意度。结果观察组应用系统性急救护理程序后,患者的急救时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率及病死率明显低于对照组,医生和家属满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论将系统性急救护理程序应用于重型颅脑损伤患者的救治中,可提高急救效率、降低患者的病死率及并发症发生率、提高医生和患者家属的满意度,使护士的工作更具有预见性和针对性。Objective To explore the application effect of systematic first aid nursing process in emergency medical cure for patients with severe brain injury.Methods 127 patients were divided into the observation group （64 cases） and the control group （63 cases） according to the admission time.The traditional nursing method of emergency medical cure was used in the control group, and systematic first aid nursing process including assessment of traumatic condition,keep the airway unobstructed, et al was used in the observation group to treat patients early and effectively.The rescue time, incidence of complications, mortality and nursing satisfaction from doctors and families were compared between the two groups.Results After the application of first aid nursing process in observation group, the rescue time was obviously shorter than control group, the incidence of complications and mortality were also obviously lower than control group, and satisfaction level of doctors and patient＇s family were higher than control group either （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion Systematic first aid nursing process in the use of severe brain injury can improve the efficiency of rescue, reduce the mortality of patients, reduce the incidence rate of complication, and improve the satisfaction rate of doctors,patient＇s family,which makes the nursing work more targeted and predictable.
