规范化管理在急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者超早期血液灌流抢救中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化管理在超早期血液灌流抢救急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者中的应用效果。方法 2013年1-12月便利抽样法选取解放军第94医院急诊科收治的50例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者,在对其进行超早期血液灌流抢救时实施规范化管理,即建立与120急救中心联合救治模式、制定规范化抢救流程、制定规范化有机磷农药中毒护理质量评价标准等。结果应用规范化管理后,急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的并发症发生率、住院时间及患者满意度均优于2012年同期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论建立与120急救中心联合救治模式是赢得抢救时间的关键;规范抢救流程管理是抢救成功的基石;规范护理质量评价标准是提高抢救质量的保证,同时可提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of standardized regulation on ultra-early blood perfusion （HP） rescue of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients.Methods 50 patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients admitted in 94th hospital of PLA received standardized regulation on ultra-early blood perfusion （HP） rescue by building up combined rescue system with 120 emergency center, setting up standardized emergency rescue protocol, and standardizing the quality evaluation criteria of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning nursing.Results Compared the incidence of complications, length of hospital stay and satisfaction degree of nursing service with those 2012, when the regulation is not standardized,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Building up combined rescue system with 120 emergency centers is the key to win the rescue time.Stand- ardized emergency rescue protocol is the cornerstone for successful rescue.Standardized nursing quality evaluation criteria is the guarantee for improvig rescue quality and patients satisfaction rate .
