摘　　要：对果蝇唾腺染色体观察实验的实验取材、材料培养、具体操作等实验环节进行改进,使得实验材料易得、实验步骤简洁、实验经费节省,有效提高实验效果,增进学生对实验内容的理解和掌握.The observation experimental procedures of Drossophila melanogaster＇s salivary gland chromosome including the selection of experiment materials, material cultivation, and specific operation and so on have been improved, thus, making the experiment materials more available, procedures briefer, cost lower, the experiment results more effective： and making students understand the experiment better.
