摘  要:纺织厂都采用喷水室空调,空调室的用水量很大。为了节能,喷水室采用循环水,就需要过滤掉水中的杂质。通过测试经过转笼式水过滤器和砂石过滤水池前后的空调用水的水质情况,过滤后的水硬度在150 mg/L^450 mg/L之间,水的硬度在硬水的范围内,纺织厂对水质的要求不是太高,此范围基本符合用水要求。根据水中溶解固形物(重量法)的测定原理,测水中悬浮物含量,分别计算出转笼式过滤器和砂石过滤水池的过滤效率为83.7%、79.9%。对于一个空调室全年的耗能量计算,转笼式水过滤器的耗电费用是砂石过滤水池耗水费用的6倍。Textile mills use water-jet room air conditioner, so that the water consumption of air conditioning room is very great. To save energy, water spray chamber often use the circulating water in textile mills, then it is necessary to filter out impurities in the water. This paper tests the air conditioning water quality, through the rotor cage type water filter and sandstone filter tank before and after, the filtered water hardness is between 150 mg/L-450 mg/L, which is in the range of hard water. However, the water quality requirements of textile factory is not too high, this range is basically accord with the requirement of water. According to the principle of the determination of dissolved solids in water(Gravimetric method), measuring the content of suspended solids in water, calculating the filtration efficiency of rotation cage type filter and sand filter tank respectively, which is 83.7% and 79.9%. For the energy consumption of an air conditioning room throughout one year, the electricity fee of rotor cage type water filter is 6 times of the sandstone filter pool water consumption cost.
