带式输送机输送带排水装置的设计研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种带式输送机输送带内积水的排水装置,该排水装置安装于带式输送机中间架上,由多组可调槽角托辊组与压带装置组成,可调槽角托辊组安装于压带装置前后两侧,且代替普通托辊组;排水时,可调槽角托辊组的侧托辊在直线驱动器如液压缸或气缸的驱动下可放平,压带装置通过直线驱动器可将其压带单元下移并将输送带一侧下压,使其低于水面,将水排出。该输送带排水装置结构简单,使用便捷,可应用于受积水困扰的带式输送机上。A design of water removing device for conveyor belt is introduced. The water removing device is composed of adjustable roller groups and a belt pressuring device, installed on the middle frame of belt conveyor. The adjustable roller groups are arranged in front and back sides of the belt pressing device, replacing the original roller groups. When water is removed, the side rollers of adjustable roller groups will be swinged to horizontal by the linear actuator Such as a hydraulic or air cylinder. The belt pressing unit of belt pressing device also can be driven down to make the belt side below the water surface, then the water discharge. The water removing device for conveyor belt has the advantages of simple structure and convenient use, and can be applied to the conveyors plagued by water.
