摘  要:在液压支架的工作过程中,有冲击地压和顶板突然来压时,大流量安全阀需要迅速开启,且工作压力高,溢流量大,工作状态是一个瞬间的冲击过程,十分复杂,因此需对大流量安全阀的冲击特性进行分析和研究,设计了不同卸油孔形状和不同卸油面积的4种安全阀阀芯,并对4种不同结构阀芯的大流量安全阀进行了冲击实验,研究了阀芯卸油孔形状和面积对大流量安全阀冲击性能的影响。During the working process of the hydraulic support, large flow safety valve needs to be turned on quickly with high working pressure and large overflow when rock burst or the roof weighting occurs. Analysis and research on the impact characteristics of large flow safety valve are necessary because the working process is at instantaneous impact status, which is very complex. Four kinds of safety valve spools with different shapes and area of oil discharging holes were designed in this paper. And the influence of different shapes and area of oil discharging holes on the impact safety valve was studied through the impact test of large flow safety valve with characteristics of large flow four different spools.
