摘  要:以河北金牛能源股份有限公司东庞矿为背景,对采煤机大倾角工作面防滑系统自动制动器的制动板进行了优化设计的相关研究。借助有限元分析软件abaqus进行相关模拟制动板在采煤机紧急制动后的所受应力情况。通过调整制动板的各项尺寸参数、受力区域和受力角度,从不同方面寻找、分析和验证影响制动板优化设计的相关因素和规律。并加以归纳总结,最终提出了自动制动板的优化设计方案。Based on the background of the Dongpang Mine which belongs to Hebei Jinniu Energy Co. Ltd., this article optimized design of related research about the brake plate which is assembled on anti- skid automatical brake system at the Coal winning machine large tilt Angle face.With the aid of finite element analysis software Abaqus to related simulation of the brake plate after the emergency braking of shearer by stress.Adjust the brake plate through the various size parameters, the area and mechanical point of view, from different aspects to find, analyze and verify the related factors influencing the braking plate optimization design and the law.And try to sum up, finally put forward the proposals for the optimization design of the automatic brake plate.
