摘 要:目的:通过分析268例新生儿神经行为测评结果,掌握新生儿行为能力,并给予健康发育指导。方法选择2014年1~6月在该院出生的新生儿268例,由专人按照新生儿神经行为评定(NBNA)量表对纳入对象进行逐项测评。结果所有新生儿行为能力中安慰、一般反应、主动肌张力,被动肌张力中前臂与腘窝,原始反射中吸吮、拥抱被评为2分的比例均为100.00%,而行为能力中对于人脸、说话的测评得2分的比例均低至57.09%。NBNA量表评分40、39、38、37、36、≤35分的比例分别为11.19%(30/268)、20.52%(55/268)、19.03%(51/268)、27.61%(74/268)、11.94%(32/268)、9.70%(26/268)。NBNA分值新生儿各分值所占比例比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。26例NBNA量表评分小于或等于35分的新生儿经复查,未见异常、缺血缺氧性脑病、颅内出血及21—三体综合征新生儿所占比例分别为57.69%(15/26)、34.62%(9/26)、3.85%(1/26)、3.85%(1/26),不同疾病新生儿所占比例比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对新生儿进行神经行为测评,能够早期掌握新生儿的行为能力,并对其进行早期干预,促进其健康发育。Objective To master behavior ability of newborns and guide healthy development by analyzing the behav—ioral neurological assessment results in 268 newborns. Methods A total of 268 newborns in this hospital from January to June in 2014 were evaluated according to Neonatal Behaviral Neurological Assessment (NBNA) scale by specialized staff. Results The consolation,general physiological response,initiative muscular tension,forearm and popliteal space in the passive muscular ten—sion,suck and embrance in the primitive reflex were scored 2 points,whose proportion accounted for 100.00%. The human face and speaking in the behavior abilities marked 2 points ,whose proportion was as low as 57.09% in the behavior abilities. The NBNA scale scored 40 points,39 points,38 points,37 points,36 points,≤35 points accounted for 11.19%(30/268),20.52%(55/268),19.03%(51/268),27.61%(74/268),11.94%(32/268) and 9.70%(26/268) respectively. All the neonatal scores proportion in NBNA values were compared and showed that the difference had no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Upon examination,the 26 normal newborns(≤35 points in NBNA scale score) with hypoxic—ischemic encephalopathy,intracranial hemorrhage,21—trisomy syndrome were 57.69%(15/26),34.61%(9/26),3.85%(1/26) and 3.85%(1/26) in prevalence. The difference was statistically significant compared with the newborns with different diseases(P〈0.05). Conclusion The evaluation of neurological behaviors on 268 newborns is beneficial to knowing about their behavior abilities as early as possible ,which may intervene in the early stage and promote their healthy development.
