摘  要:现有±800 k V特高压直流输电线路耐张塔大多采用鼠笼式或铝管式刚性跳线,而刚性跳线金具是线路金具结构中最为复杂的部分,实际运行中发现由耐张塔跳线引起的电晕放电现象比直线塔严重。为比较分析±800 k V特高压直流典型耐张塔不同型式跳线的优劣性,应用三维有限元分析软件,分别仿真计算了鼠笼式刚性跳线、铝管式刚性跳线和软跳线3种型式跳线的电场分布情况。同时,基于国家电网公司特高压直流试验基地,开展了可见电晕试验和电磁环境影响试验研究。研究结果表明:鼠笼式刚性跳线和软跳线的电场特性基本相当,铝管式刚性跳线的电场强度稍高;鼠笼式刚性跳线所采用的间隔棒的可见电晕试验完全满足最高工作电压要求;鼠笼式刚性跳线和软跳线的可听噪声、无线电干扰、可见电晕和地面合成电场测试结果基本相当,无明显差异。该研究成果可为后续的±800 kV直流输电线路金具、导线表面最大场强控制值要求和耐张塔设计提供参考。The cage-type rigid jumper and tube-type rigid jumper are widely used in tension towers of ±800 kV UHV DC transmission line, but the fittings of rigid jumpers are the most complex parts of transmission line construction, it was found in actual operation that jumper corona discharge caused by the tension tower is more serious than the straight tower. For comparative analysis of different type jumpers, the potential and electric field distribution of cage-type rigid jumper, tube-type rigid jumper and soft jumper are calculated by the three-dimensional finite element method. The visible corona and electromagnetic environment tests are carried out in the UHVDC test base of State Grid Corporation of China. The research results show that the electric field characteristic of cage-type rigid jumper and soft jumper are the same, but they are lower than tube-type rigid jumper; the visible corona test results of spacers of cage-type rigid jumper can fully meet the maximum working voltage requirements; the test results of audible noise, radio interference, visible corona and total electric field are the same for cage-type jumper and soft jumper, they have no obvious difference. The research results can provide relevant reference for control value requirements of the maximum electric field of fittings and conductors and tension tower design.
