摘 要:研究了系统失步时两侧电势幅值不相等及系统运行方式变化对振荡中心和失步中心的影响,构造了振荡中心位置函数,提出一种新的解列方案。该方案利用ucos?配合振荡中心位置函数的变化率启动解列装置,综合振荡中心的漂移特点、失步中心的位置和解列后孤岛不平衡度来搜索解列断面,能有效区分同步振荡和失步振荡,捕捉振荡中心的变化轨迹和失步中心的位置,不受系统运行方式变化和结构改变的影响。MATLAB仿真验证了所提方案的有效性。When power grid operates under out-of-step condition, the impacts of unequal potential amplitudes at both out-of-step sides and the change of operation modes on oscillation center and out-of-step center are researched and the function of oscillation center position is constructed, and a new splitting scheme is proposed. In the proposed scheme, the splitting device is started up by ucos^p coordinated with the change rate of the function of oscillation center position, and searching the splitting interface by synthesizing the drifting characteristics of oscillation center and the position of out-of-step center with the degree of unbalancedness of post-splitting island can effectively distinguish synchronous oscillation from asynchronous oscillation, and the variation trajectory of oscillation center as well as the position of out-of-step center can be captured and not affected by the change of system topology and operation modes. The validity of the proposed scheme is verified by MATLAB based simulation results.
