摘  要:分析了用于分布式电源系统继电保护装置检测技术的必要性,在动模实验室建光伏电源、永磁直驱式风机及双馈异步式风机的的物理模型,并分别对不同分布式电源模型系统故障特征进行分析。在分布式电源物理模型的基础上,建设了分布式电源接入配网保护检测动模检测系统,提出了分布式电源系统继电保护装置检测方法,可实现对各厂家继电保护装置的闭环测试工作。该试验平台可开展风光电源不同接入位置、接入容量对继电保护以及对自动重合闸影响的研究,同时可开展孤岛检测技术以及其他功能的检测工作,该检测方法提高了故障分析的准确性,为分布式电源接入配网的继电保护适应性研究提供了科学的依据。This paper analyzed the necessity of relay protection testing technology for distributed power system, and three common distributed generators(DG) physical model such as photovoltaic (PV), doubly-fed induction generators (DFIG) and permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) were set up in dynamic simulation laboratory, then fault characteristics of the distributed generator model were analyzed. On the basis of the physical model, protection device detection technology for distributed power system was proposed, dynamic test system for distributed generators accessing to distributed power system was constructed, which can realize closed loop test for relay protection device. The experimental platform can carry out research on the effects of different positions and different capacity of DG on protection and automatic reclosing, at the same time it can carry out the islands detection technology, and other detection functions. This method improves the accuracy of fault analysis, and scientific basis for relay protection adaptive research on the DG access to distributed power system was provided.
