摘　　要：为全面了解国家电网公司220 k V及以上电压等级交流系统继电保护设备配置及运行情况,利用覆盖国家电网公司各级调度机构的继电保护统计分析及运行管理模块获取相关数据信息,并依据《电力系统继电保护及安全自动装置运行评价规程》的定义及要求对国家电网公司2013年220 k V及以上电压等级交流系统中继电保护设备的规模、配置及其运行等情况进行了全面分析;此外,还详细介绍了2013年发生的2次典型性保护设备不正确动作事件;在此基础上,针对继电保护设备的运行维护、专业管理以及数据挖掘等工作提出有效的建议。To comprehensively understand the configuration of protective relaying and its operation conditions of SGCC in 220kV and above voltage AC systems in 2013, related data information is obtained from the statistical analysisand operation management module, which covers all levels of dispatching institutions, and according to definitions and requirements given by Evaluation Rules of Protection Equipment and Power System Stability Control Devices, the overall analysis on the scale and the configuration of protective relaying as well as its operation conditions in 2013 are carried out. Besides that, two typical incorrect actions of protective equipment in 2013 are presented in detail. On this basis, effective suggestions for operation and maintenance of protective relaying, its professional management and other works such as data mining are put forward.
