摘  要:本文在分析剪叉式举升机构受力的基础上,将剪叉式液压升降台按其结构划分成有源和无源剪组,分别建立了相应的力学模型,推导建立各剪组力学计算的理论表达式,揭示了各剪组和剪杆的受力规律,为剪叉式举升机构的力学分析、设计提供理论依据。文中介绍的平面剪叉式机构力学模型建立与分析方法,理论清晰、运用简便、通用性强,使结构整体计算得以简化,为对剪叉式机构进行进一步的理论研究提供了方便。Based on analyzing the stress of scissors lifting mechanism, this paper divides the scissors elevating platforms into active shear set and passive shear set by its structure, respectively, establishes the corresponding mechanical model, derivates the theory expression of establishing the shear mechanics calculation, reveals the regularity of each shear set and shear stem and provides theoretical basis for the mechanics analysis and design of scissors lifting mechanism. In this paper, the establishment and analysis method of the mechanical model of plane scissors lifting mechanism has many features: clear theory, easy use and strong univerality. All of these make the whole calculation of structure simpler, and provide convenience for the further theoretical researeh of the scissors mechanism.
