摘　　要：长春卷烟厂于1990年购买的PROTOS70卷接机组,具有操作方便、烟支质量稳定的特点,但其主驱动采用直流调速系统,结构复杂、故障率相对较高,需要经常维护,主要是在连续运行下,碳刷易磨损、使用周期短、更换又不方便,电机也常常因铜头磨损严重而不能使用,况且直流电机和碳刷价格昂贵、供货周期较长,基于上述原因,笔者决定采用交流变频调速系统替代原直流调速主驱动系统。通过验证,此项技术改造具有推广意义。The PROTOS70 cigarette-making machine is easy to operate and the quality of the cigarette quality is stable. But its masterdrive adopts Direct Current Governor System, which has complex structure and high failure rate. So it needs frequent maintenance. Under continuous running, the carbon brush is easy to wear, thus shortening its service life. But it is not convenient to change the brush. The machine often fails to work because of the wear of copper head. Besides, the DC motor and carbon brush are quite expensive and their delivery time is long. Based on the reasons above, the author decides to use AC speed control system to replace the original DC speed control masterdrive system. Practice shows that this technology is worth promoting.
