摘　　要：本文从云南省开发区的创新环境、人力投入、财力投入、创新产出四个角度出发,构造出云南省开发区自主创新能力的评价指标体系。基于模糊综合评价的基本思想,建立具有熵值权的决策模型,对云南省开发区的自主创新能力提出一个可行的评价方法。并根据相应指标的指标值分析影响云南省开发区自主创新能力的主要因素及其发展趋势,为决策者制定创新能力发展战略提供可参考的依据。From the angles of innovation environment, manpower input, financial investment and innovation output in Yunnan province development zone, this paper designed the evaluation index system of the ability of independent innovation of Yunnan development zone. Based on the basic idea of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a decision-making model with entropy rights is established, which proposes a viable evaluation method for the independent innovation eapability of Yunnan development zone. According to the index value of corresponding indexes, it analyzed the main factors affecting the ability of independent innovation of Yunnan development zone and the development trend, to provide reference for the development of innovative ability strategies for decision-makers.
