摘　　要：高校科研是一项多投入、多产出的活动,其绩效评价是一项较为复杂的系统工程。本文以江苏省8所高校为被评对象,构建高校人文社科科研绩效评价体系,运用因子分析法对8所高校2011年人文社科科研绩效进行评价分析,并提出提升高校科研绩效的建议。Scientific research in universities is the activity of an input and output, the performance evaluation of which is a complex system. This paper constructs the performance evaluation system of humanities and social science research based on 8 universities in Jiangsu province, evaluates the humanities and social science research performance of 8 universities in 2011 using the factor analysis method , and gives some advices to improve the performance of scientific research in universities.
