摘  要:目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低癌痛患者中重度疼痛发生率中的作用。方法:选取2013年12月至2014年7月肿瘤科住院癌痛患者,通过成立品管圈、确定主题、拟定活动计划、现状分析、目标设定、原因分析、制定与实施对策、效果评价8个步骤,确定实施品管圈活动后癌痛患者中重度疼痛发生率。结果:癌痛患者中重度疼痛发生率由实施品管圈活动前的67.3%下降至活动后的32.4%(P<0.05)。结论:正确运用品管圈质量改进工具可有效降低癌痛患者疼痛程度。[Objective ]To explore the effects of quality control circle in decreasing the moderate to severe pain in cancer patients [Method] Cancer pain patients hospitalized from October 2013 to July 2014 in Department of Oncology w ere enrolled.Quality control circle w as established w ith eight steps: developing quality control circle,determining the theme,developing the plan,analyzing the current situation,setting the goals,developing countermeasures,putting them into practice and effect evaluation.The moderate to severe pain rate of cancer pain w as figured out.[Result]The occurrence of moderate to severe pain in patients w ith cancer pain w as decreased from 67.3% to 32.4% after application of quality control circle(P〈0.01).[Conclusion]The application of quality control circle can decrease the rate of moderate to severe pain in patients w ith cancer pain.
