摘  要:为强化临床实践在教育实习中的重要性,优化教育实习效果,培养临床实践型教师,美国实施了临床实践型教师教育模式。该模式包括设计原则、基本目标、课程设置及指导教师资格认证等要素,建立有筛选制、合作伙伴关系、支持性伙伴关系、激励机制、问责制和知识库拓展等保障机制。当前,美国临床实践型教师教育模式呈现出培养目标明确、聚焦课程设置、教育实习分段、合作伙伴共建共享资源和强化指导教师作用等特点,并取得较好成效。To highlight the importance of clinical practice in teaching internship,optimize the effect of teaching practice and cultivate teachers with clinical experience,the United States has launched the education mode based on clinical practice.The model includes the following factors:design principles, training obj ectives,curriculum design,and supervisor qualification accreditation.Specific systems are established in selection,cooperative partnership,supportive partnership,incentives,accountability, and knowledge extension,etc .Currently,great achievements have been made in American education-al mode which features specific obj ective,focused curriculum setting,segmented teaching practice, cooperative partnership in building shared resources and enhancing the role of supervisors.
