摘 要:分析了传统水旋喷漆室存在的两大弊端:一是喷房内各水旋器受风不均匀,导致有些水旋器雾化效果较差;二是喷房底部大面积积水,形成的漆泥难以清理的问题。为解决这些问题,提出了在水旋喷漆室底部增设水槽组件的方法,这样既能保证喷房水旋器受风均匀,又可让溢流的漆泥,各行其道,便于清理。经工程实例验证,此方法取得了良好的效果。通过对喷房水旋器雾化产生机理的分析,对文氏喷房、底水帘等设备也有一定的借鉴作用。In this paper,the two main drawbacks of the traditional hydrocyclone paint spray booth are analyzed: firstly the atomization effect of the hydrocyclone is inferior because each hydrocyclone in the paint spray booth doesn'tget the same amount of wind; secondly there is large amount of water and sludge in the bottom of paint spray booth and it is difficult toget cleaned.To solve these problems,flume components are added on the bottom of paint spray booth so that not only the wind is coming evenly but also the water and sludge are dredged reasonably.Practical project examples show that this method has achievedgood results.In addition,the analysis of atomization mechanism of the hydrocyclone paint spray booth is also suitable for Venturi paint spray booth,bottom curtain and etc.
