摘　　要：党的十八届四中全会明确提出全面推进依法治国的历史任务。而实现这一目标,至为关键的要素是建设一支高素质的法律职业人队伍。高等学校、科研机构是法学教育的主体,是法学教育质量的直接责任主体。法学教育质量的高低某种意义上取决于法学教育模式的设计是否合理。现阶段法学教育应当根据全面推进依法治国的根本任务和迫切要求,设计合理的教育模式。In the 4th plenary session of 18 th CPC Central Committee,the historical mission of comprehensively pushing forward ruling the country by law was proposed. To realize this goal,the key factor is building a high quality professional law team. Universities and scientific research institutions are the main body of law education and the person liable for law education quality,which depends on whether the design of law education mode is reasonable in a sense. At present,law education should design proper education mode according to the fundamental task and pressing requirement of comprehensively pushing forward ruling the country by law.
