摘　　要：感染性骨缺损是指骨缺损的同时伴有感染而导致骨不愈合,其治疗是临床一大难题。近年来,随着生物载体材料的研究,感染性骨缺损的骨组织工程治疗方法不断深入,如何更好地建立感染性骨缺损模型对实验的研究有至关重要的作用。建立感染性骨缺损动物模型需要选择细菌种类及剂量、动物种类和骨缺损的部位,而不同的动物及骨缺损部位所需的细菌剂量不同,合适的选择对骨组织工程的研究结果影响极大。The infective bone defect refers to the situation of bone defect combined with infection which results in the nonunion of the bone,and the treatment is still a difficulty in clinical.In recent years,along with the research of biological carrier material,the bone tissue therapeutic method for the infective bone defect has been continuously deepening,and developing an appropriate animal model is very important for thestudy.While considering a specific model,one should take the bacterial species,bacteria groups and numbers,and bone defect site into account.Different bacteria amounts are needed for different animals and positions,and appropriate choices have significant impact on the study result.
