摘　　要：过氧化物酶体增殖体激活受体γ(PPARγ)是调节目的基因表达的核内受体转录因子超家族成员。PPARγ主要表达于脂肪组织及免疫系统,与脂肪细胞分化、机体免疫及胰岛素抵抗关系密切。近年来,PPARγ与炎症反应的关系逐渐成为研究热点。研究表明,肥胖往往伴随着低等级的慢性炎症反应。Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma（PPARγ） is the member of the nuclear receptor transcription factors superfamily to regulate gene expression.PPAR gamma is mainly expressed in adipose tissue and immune system,it is closely related to insulin resistance,adipocytes differentiation and body immunity.In recent years,the relationship between PPAR gamma and inflammation has gradually become a hot research topic.Studies have shown that,obesity is often complicated by low levels of chronic inflammation.
