摘　　要：Salusins(α和β)是人类扭转应力障碍基因家族TOR2A的选择性剪接产物,其参与细胞内信号转导及细胞增生等,且能影响葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)和抑凋亡蛋白Bcl-2的表达。这两种蛋白均是凋亡相关蛋白,其对细胞的生长与凋亡起关键作用。Salusins可通过影响GRP78和Bcl-2的表达,从而使糖尿病患者肾脏细胞凋亡,最终导致肾脏损伤。通过对salusins的研究有望为糖尿病肾病的临床治疗提供新的思路。Salusins（α and β）,participating in the reaction of signal transduction of cells,cell proliferation and having an influence on the expression of glucose regulating protein 78（GRP78） and apoptosis suppressor protein Bcl-2,are the alternative splicings of a human gene family TOR2 A torsional stress.Both are apoptosis related proteins,playing an important role in the growth and apoptosis of cells.Salusins can make the kidney cell apoptosis through influencing the expression of GRP78 and Bcl-2,which eventually leads to kidney damage.The research of salusins is expected to be providing a new method for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
