摘　　要：2型糖尿病与心血管疾病风险密切相关。随着胰高血糖素样肽1(GLP-1)及其类似物的广泛应用,其对心血管系统的独特效应成为研究热点。该文概括地介绍和讨论了GLP-1的生理作用,对血糖、血脂、血压和体质量等心血管危险因素的改善作用,分别从抗炎、抗氧化应激、抑制心肌细胞凋亡、减轻缺血/再灌注损伤等角度,探讨GLP-1对血管内皮功能、心力衰竭和缺血性心肌损伤的保护作用。Type 2 diabetes and risk of cardiovascular disease is closely related.With the extensive application of glucagon-like peptide-1（GLP-1） and its analogues,study on their unique effects on cardiovascular system has become a hotspot.Here is to make a review of the physiological role of GLP-1,and its function of improving cardiovascular risk factors such as blood sugar,blood lipids,blood pressure and weight,as well as its protective effects on endothelial function,heart failure and ischemic myocardial injury,from the aspects of anti-inflammatory action,anti-oxidative stress,inhibition of cardiomyocyte apoptosis,reduction of ischemiareperfusion injury,respectively.
