摘　　要：糖尿病、肺结核已成为危害我国公共卫生事业的主要因素,糖尿病与肺结核的发生存在相关性,两者相互影响,增加各自的发病率。而年龄、性别、糖尿病类型是糖尿病合并肺结核的高危因素;同时糖尿病合并肺结核的临床症状及影像学表现存在差异,其对肺结核的治疗结果存在影响。但介于目前对糖尿病合并结核病的研究多为横断面或回顾性研究,某些问题尚存争议,还需进一步的研究确认。Diabetes and tuberculosis have became the main factors that threaten the public health.Currently,there was a correlation between the occurrence of diabetes and tuberculosis,they can interact to increase their own incidence respectively.The high risk factors of diabetes complicated by tuberculosis include age,gender,type of diabetes,while there are differences between the clinical symptoms of diabetes complicated by tuberculosis and their imaging manifestation,which indicates that it will affect the treatment outcomes of tuberculosis.However,as current studies of diabetes complicated by tuberculosis are mostly cross-sectional or retrospective,some issues still remain controversial and need further confirmation.
