摘  要:通过测试商陆染液的可见吸收光谱图,研究了商陆染料耐热、耐酸碱、耐光照以及耐金属离子的稳定性.在研究染料稳定性的基础上,初步探讨了商陆染料在丝织物上的染色性能.结果表明:商陆染液在70℃以下,pH=3~8时稳定性良好,但耐光稳定性相对较差,需低温避光保存;耐Fe2+、Al3+、Mg2+、Zn2+稳定性较好,且有增色作用;金属离子还可以大幅度提高商陆色素在丝织物上的上染率,改善染色牢度;商陆色素染丝织物较佳pH为3.5左右,较合适染色温度为60℃.The stability of phytolacca dye to temperature,acid-base,light and metal-ion were investigated by testing the absorption spectra of dye solutions.On the basis of the phytolacca dye stability,the dyeing behaviors of phytolacca dye on silk fabrics were preliminarily discussed.The experiments results showed that:the phytolacca dye had satisfactory stability under 70 ℃ and had good pH stability from 3 to 8.The light stability of the phytolacca dye was relative poor,so it needs low temperature and dark preservation.The phytolacca dye had good stability under the conditions of Fe2 +,Al3 +,Mg2 +,Zn2 +,but the metal-ion had hyperchromic effects.The metal-ion also could greatly enhances the exhaustion rate of the phytolacca pigment and improves its color fastness.The optimal dyeing process of phytolacca pigment on silk fabrics was: pH was about 3.5,the dyeing temperature was 60 ℃.
