聚酯型水性聚氨酯羊绒抗起毛起球整理剂的合成及应用

摘　　要：以聚己二酸乙二醇-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇（PBA）为软段、二羟甲基丙酸（DMPA）为亲水性扩链剂,与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯（IPDI）合成水性聚氨酯（WPU）预聚体,通过氨基聚醚嵌段三元共聚硅油（PBS）扩链接枝,制备了系列PBS改性WPU乳液和薄膜.采用红外光谱、胶膜水接触角、吸水率等对WPU结构和薄膜性能进行表征,并对羊绒针织物进行抗起毛起球整理.结果表明,WPU薄膜的耐水性和水接触角随着PBS含量的增大而提高,并且随着PBS含量的增加,羊绒针织物的抗起毛起球性有所改善,可提高1~2级,同时,织物的柔软性、透气性和透湿性良好.Polyethylene-1,4-buthylene adipateglycol（PBA） was used as soft segment and the dihydroxy acid（DMPA） was used as hydrophilic chain extender to prepare the waterborne polyurethane（WPU） prepolymer body with isophorone diisocyanate,which was modified by the silicone terpolymer（PBS） to prepare a series of WPU emulsions and films.Through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）,water contact angle and water absorption test,the structure of WPU and properties of the films were characterized.The anti-pilling finish of the cashmere knitted fabric was carried out.The results showed that the water resistance and water contact angle of WPU films was improved with the increase of PBS content,and the wool knitted fabric pilling resistance was improved,which was increased by 1~2 grade.At the same time the softness,air permeability and moisture permeability of finished fabric kept good.
