摘　　要：在现用皮脂污布的基础上调整污液配方,改进染制工艺制得了新的皮脂污布,考察了改进皮脂污布、现用皮脂污布与日本标准皮脂污布的染制均匀度、稳定性、对产品的分档以及对产品评价结果重现性的影响.结果表明:改进后的皮脂污布染制均匀度、稳定性较现用皮脂污布均有所提高;改进后的皮脂污布不仅能如实反映出不同档次的洗涤产品,且在洗涤产品的洗涤效果中能得到重现性较高的评价结果.Novel sebum soiled cloths were prepared though improvement of the dyeing technology and adjustment of soiled liquid formulation based on the present sebum soiled cloths.The levelness,stability,distinguishing of different products and effect on the reproducibility of evaluating results were investigated according to contrast experiments among the present sebum soiled cloths,the improved sebum soiled cloths and Japan sebum soiled cloths.The test results indicated that the levelness and stability of the improved sebum soiled cloths were much higher than those of the present sebum soiled cloths.The improved sebum soiled cloths can not only reflect the different grades of detergents,but also obtain more stable and reliable evaluation results in the evaluation of detergency of washing products.
