摘  要:为了配制练染一浴环保型精练剂,合成了阳离子醚化剂改性莲茎秆,并对其结构进行红外光谱表征,探讨了季铵盐莲茎秆对活性蓝M-2GE吸附的影响因素。结果表明季铵盐莲茎秆制备的最佳条件为:莲茎秆4g、阳离子醚化剂50g、水200g、pH=9、反应温度85℃、反应时间5h。季铵盐莲茎秆吸附活性蓝M-2GE的最佳条件为:浴比1︰50、pH=5、吸附温度80℃、吸附时间40min,该吸附条件满足练染一浴工艺皂洗条件。季铵盐莲茎秆对活性染料染色残液具有自清洁功能。Lotus stalk was modified with cationic etherifying agent, its structure was characterized by infrared spectral. The influence factors of modified lotus stalk about reactive blue M-2GE adsorption were investigated. The best optimal modification process is as follows: lotus stalk 4 g, cationic etherifying agent 50 g, water 200 g, pH=9, and reaction temperature 85 ℃ for 5 h. The optimal of modified lotus stalk absorbing reactive blue M-2GE is: bath ratio 1 : 50, pH=5, and adsorption temperature of 80 ℃ for 40 min. The adsorption process meets the soaping conditions of one bath scouring and dyeing process.
