螯合分散剂与匀染剂在活性翠蓝KN-G染色中的协同应用

摘　　要：使用活性翠蓝KN-G染料染棉织物时盐和碱的加入会使染料析出,从而出现色花、色点等疵病。将螯合分散剂绿宝与匀染剂绿爽同时应用于染浴中,二者产生协同作用,能够增强染料的耐盐碱能力,减少染色疵病的产生,提高染色的均匀性和染色织物的色牢度。Color precipitation appeared as salt and alkali were added in cotton fabric dyeing with reactive turquoise blue KN-G, leading to dyeing defect and color dots. Both chelating dispersant Lvbao and leveling agent Lvshuang were used in dyeing bath. The synergistic effect between the two agents can enhance the saline-alkaline resistance of dye, decrease the occurrence of dyeing defects, improve the evenness and color fastness.
