摘  要:试验将4 800只45周龄健康白来航蛋鸡随机分为2组,试验组为豆粕型基础日粮+250 g/t和美酵素,对照组仅为基础日粮,其中鸡群在51周龄患有呼吸道疾病,以研究β-甘露聚糖酶对应激状态下白壳蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血液指标的影响。结果显示,51周龄试验组的饲养日产蛋率、合格蛋率比对照组显著提高10.51%(P<0.01)、1.00%(P<0.05),破蛋率、死淘率分别降低1.04%(P<0.05)、0.07%;β-甘露聚糖酶可能有提高蛋壳重和蛋黄颜色作用,对提高蛋重、体重和血清白蛋白含量有一定促进作用。Four thousand and eight hundred 45-week-age White Leghorns were assigned to two treatments randomly,the experimental group was fed basal corn-soybean diet added with 250 g/t Hemicell and the control group was only fed basal diet. Layers were infected with winter respiratory illness at 51 weeks of age. The study was to evaluate the effect of β-mannanase on production performance,egg quality and blood parameters of white shell layers under stress state. The results showed that β-mannanase increased 51-week-age hen day laying rate and normal egg laying rate with 10.51%(P〈0.01)and 1.00%(P〈0.05);Broken egg rate and mortality elimination rate were decreased by 1.04%(P〈0.05)and0.07%. And it may increase the eggshell weight and yolk color,and also had tend to improve egg weight,body weight and the content of the blood serum.
