摘 要:双曲型法向圆弧齿轮是一种将圆弧齿形推广应用到交错轴传动的新型齿轮。根据齿面的几何模型,利用微分几何学推导出齿面的主曲率公式,并进一步得到了齿面共轭时的诱导曲率公式;根据Hertz接触假说,确定了齿面瞬时接触域及瞬时接触面积;利用VC++6.0编写了相关程序对齿面的瞬时接触规律进行仿真计算。研究结果为双曲型法向圆弧齿轮的接触性能分析奠定了理论基础。Hyperboloidal normal circular-arc-gear is a novel application of circular-arc tooth profile in the motion transmission of the non-parallel and non-intersecting axes. Based on the geometric model of tooth surface, the principal curvatures of tooth surface were derived by differential geometry method, furthermore, the induced curvature of conjugate tooth surfaces was also obtained. The instantaneous contact region and area were determined according to Hertz contact hypothesis. The simulation of the instantaneous contact law was realized by VC++6.0 program. The results provide a theoretical basis for the contact performance analysis of hyperboloidal normal circular-arc-gear.
