摘  要:物料输送机理研究是输送机结构设计及其他相关研究的理论基础。假设一变直径变螺距螺旋内的木屑为整体,对其5个受力面进行分析,建立了螺旋输送机工作过程的力特性模型。在此基础上基于ANSYS对不同结构参数的螺旋轴进行静力学分析,考察螺旋轴结构对其应力与应变分布的影响。研究结果表明,螺旋叶片最大应力值出现在叶片根部,应变最大值出现在叶片外缘;在输送能力和下料长度均相同的情况下,3种螺旋轴等效应力与形变位移均呈现沿轴向逐渐增大的趋势,其中两圆锥螺旋轴的增幅相近且大于圆柱螺旋轴。变直径变螺距螺旋轴应力与应变均小于等直径变螺距及变直径等螺距螺旋轴,更适合作为进料螺旋轴。研究结论可为螺旋输送机螺旋轴的选型提供参考。Research on feeding mechanisms is a theoretical basis of structural design and relative studies for screw conveyor. The biomass material in a pocket of screw shaft with variable diameters and screw pitches was taken as the study object, the forces between bulk material and five contact surfaces were analyzed and a mechanical model for the biomass screw feeder was established. The stress and strain distribution were also analyzed by ANSYS for three shafts with different structural parameters.The research results show that the maximal stress appears at the root of the screw blade and the maximal deformation is located at the edge of the screw blade. The stress and strain values of screw shaft with variable diameters and screw pitches are less than those of other shafts, showing that it is proper for feeding screw shafts. The methods can provide some useful reference for mechanism analysis and structural design of biomass screw feeder.
