品管圈活动对降低临床输血申请单不合格率的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对降低临床输血申请单不合格率的效果。方法成立品管圈(QCC)小组,选定"降低临床输血申请单不合格率"为主题,对活动前后该院临床输血申请单进行数据分析,制定相应的对策并组织实施。结果通过品管圈活动,使得2014年6-9月临床输血申请单不合格率(1.7%)明显下降,减少了申请单空项等问题,同时改善了输血科工作人员的工作态度及方法。结论品管圈活动可以有效地降低临床输血申请单不合格率,提高输血科人员的工作热情、凝聚力,主观能动性。Objective To investigate the effect of QCC（ quality control circle） on reducing the disqualified rate on clinical transfusion application forms. Methods A QCC team was established,with a theme on ＂ reducing the disqualified rate on clinical transfusion application form. ＂ An analysis was conducted on the data collected before and after this activity. Appropriate countermeasures were formulated and implemented accordingly. Results Implementing QCC significantly decreased the disqualified rate on clinical transfusion application forms and reduced void entries. Meanwhile,it improved blood center personnels＇ attitudes towards their work,employing better methods in their work. Conclusion QCC can reduce the disqualified rate on clinical transfusion application forms effectively and enhance the enthusiasm,cohesion and initiative among staffs.
