摘  要:目的探讨应用自动存取和智能化库存管理方式代替现有手工操作和人工管理的可行性,以实现高效存取和库存管理,确保血浆储存质量。方法设计和应用可耐受低温的智能化机械装置,通过计算机信息系统控制智能化机械装置的操作,并进行实时动态血浆库存管理。结果智能化机械装置完全可代替人工在冷库内进行灵活便捷血浆自动存取操作,智能化库存系统可随时查询和统计血浆入库、出库、血型、品种、规格、数量、存放位置及操作人员等信息。结论智能化低温血浆冷库系统操作简便和安全高效,可完全取代现有的手工操作和人工库存管理。Objective To explore whether or not the existing manual operation and artificial management system can be replaced by automatic access and intelligent inventory management mode,in order to achieve efficiency in the access and inventory management and to ensure the storage quality of blood. Methods An intelligent mechanical device,which was resistant to low temperature,was designed. The operation of this device was controlled via computer information system. Dynamic real- time management of plasma inventory was actualized. Results The intelligent mechanical device can automatically replace manual operation in accessing plasma in cold storage flexibly and efficiently. Additionally,it can readily consult on and calculate the amount of plasma in the inventory,out of the inventory,blood types,varieties,specifications and quantities,as well as the locations of plasma and the personnel involved in operation. Conclusion The operation of intelligent plasma cold storage system is simple,safe and efficient,and can completely replace the existing manual operation and artificial inventory management mode.
