摘　　要：临床输血服务是临床输血实践的技术支撑与必备条件,包括血液检测、成分制备、临床输血决策与咨询、临床输血审核与评价和患者血液管理(PBM)等。血站在此过程中应结合国际前沿输血医学理念与临床输血服务实践,为医院提供优质高效的输血服务,促进临床合理用血,推动输血医学的发展,保障"从血管到血管"的血液安全。Clinical transfusion service is necessary for the practice of blood transfusion,including blood testing,component preparation,clinical transfusion decision and consultation,transfusion review and evaluation,Patient Blood Management（ PBM）,etc. Blood centers should combine international research theories and clinical transfusion service experiences to provide high quality and efficient services for hospital,to direct clinical rational use of blood,to improve development of transfusion medicine,and to ensure blood safety ＂from vein to vein＂.
