摘　　要：目的探讨彩色超声对少见部位异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析13例少见部位异位妊娠患者的彩色超声声像图特点。结果超声确诊11例,漏误诊2例,诊断正确率为84.6%。结论超声检查是少见部位异位妊娠诊断的首选影像学技术,可根据其声像图表现给予初步的病理分型,为临床选择合适的治疗方案提供可靠的依据。Objective To assess the effectiveness of application of CDU （Color Doppler Ultrasonography） in diagnosis of EP （Ectopic Pregnancy） in rare sites. Methods Ultrasonographic features of 13 patients with ectopic pregnancy in rare sites were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among all the patients, 11 were identiifed with EP;2 were mis-diagnosed. CDU’s accuracy ratio of diagnosis for rare ectopic pregnancy was 84.6%. Conclusion CDU can be used as the ifrst-choice imaging technique for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in rare sites. The preliminary pathological classiifcation can be realized on the basis of the ultrasonographic ifndings, which offered a reliable foundation for selection of an appropriate treatment method.
