摘　　要：利用现代通讯手段和网络互联技术,构建一种新的网上预诊平台,将医院门诊系统延伸到患者身边,使患者挂号、医生网上预诊、看诊与预约检查相融合,实现了医生网上问诊与诊室看诊多种方式,从而减少患者的候诊与检查时间,提高了医院运转效率,也是对医院传统看诊模式的改进。Through deployment of modern communication methods and network technologies, a new online pre-diagnosis platform was established, which enabled patients to access the Hospital Outpatient System. With integration with multiple functions including patient registration, doctor online pre-diagnosis, diagnosis and examination appointment, this platform made the online diagnosis separated from the diagnosis in the hospital, which reduced the waiting and diagnosing time for patients, increased the efifciency of hospital operation and improved the traditional diagnosis model.
