摘  要:通过现场调查狮子山铜矿的开采状况,对狮子山铜矿西部50-75#剖面薄小低品位矿体的采矿工艺进行设计,根据矿体厚度不同分别采用有底柱电耙出矿浅孔嗣后充填法和有底柱电耙出矿分段空场嗣后充填法回采矿体。试验采场的应用表明废石充填和强制崩落围岩联合处理采空区的采矿方法,可以有效降低管理风险,缩短采场生产周期,降低损失贫化率(损失率低于8%,贫化率低于15%),提高资源综合利用率。满足了矿山选厂正常生产,实现了矿山的可持续安全生产。The mining process of thin and low grade 50 -75# section ore body in west part of Shizishan copper mine is design according to the field survey of mining conditions, the mining methods respectively are electric rake ore removal shallow hole subsequent fill- ing method with sill pillar and electric rake ore removal sublevel subsequent filling with sill pillar according to the different ore body thick- ness. The application of test stope shows the waste filling and forced caving of surrounding rock joint treatment of gwag can effectively reduce the management risk, shorten the production cycle of stope, reduce the loss and dilution ratio (loss ratio is less than 8%, the dilution ratio is less than 15% ) , as well as increase the comprehensive utilization ratio of resources, which can meet the normal production requirements of mine and realize the sustainable safety production.
