摘 要:新疆塔里木哈拉哈塘油田生产过程中,由于生产压差加大,产层压力快速下降,导致了地层垮塌出砂,严重影响了油井产能。因地层压力系数低,修井过程中井漏严重无法建立正常循环,冲砂后砂子无法通过钻井液循环携带至地面;常规捞砂工具一般不能钻磨,容易发生卡钻事故。针对哈拉哈塘油田的储层特征,结合常规捞砂工具的优缺点,研制了随钻分体巨型捞杯。利用钻井液循环过程中在杯口处流速陡然下降形成涡流,使得钻井液携带能力也大大减弱,从而使其中较重的碎物落入杯中并随起钻捞出。本文以哈11-4井和哈601-18井为例,简要介绍了随钻分体巨型捞杯在碳酸盐岩漏失层捞砂作业的成功运用。In the production process of Halahatong oilfield in Tarim basin,the formation is collapsed to led to sand out due to the pressure difference increases and pressure falling rapidly,seriously affecting oil production capacity. Because of low formation pressure,that of the serious lost circulation in the workover process cannot establish normal circulation,sand cannot be carried by circulation of drilling fluid to the ground after sanding. The conventional fishing tools cannot normally be drilled grinding,prone to accident of the stuck. According to reservoir characteristics of Halahatongtong oilfield,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of conventional sand tools,the while drilling giant fission cup has been developed. In the process of drilling fluid circulation velocity plummeted vortexes in the cup,so that the carrying capacity of drilling fluid dramatically weakened so as to make the heavier debris to fall into the cup and then to be pull out. Taking examples of the HA 11- 4 and HA 601- 18 wells,successful application of while drilling giant fishing cup in fishing operation for carbonate sand is introduced briefly.
