试油新工具的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对试油过程中出现的新问题,设计开发了抽汲托筒、98.425 mm提放式全通径测试器、过滤储液池、简易油管刮削器、内压坐封封隔器、低压投放式油管堵塞器等试油工具。这些新工具的应用,解决了常规抽汲地层资料获取、特殊工艺井全通径地层测试、水力泵排液地面除砂、油管内除垢及油管溢油等问题,满足了试油生产的实际需要,具有很强的实用性。Aimed at new issues arising in the oil test process,some new oil testing tools are designed and developed,that are swabbing carrier,98. 425mm-hoist and drop type of full size tester,filtering liquid storage tank,simple pipe scrapers,packer set by internal pressure,and low pressure delivery tubing plug. Application of these new tools solves problems of formation data acquisition of the conventional swabbing,full bore well test in special well,hydraulic pump for liquid flowing and sand removal on surface,removing dirt in tubing and oil spills from pipeline,which meets the actual needs of the oil production,has a strong practicability.
