摘  要:以膨润土为原料,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)为改性剂,制备一种新型水处理剂——PDMDAAC有机改性膨润土.处理苯胺模拟废水,以苯胺去除率为考核指标,确定最佳制备条件为:膨润土中改性剂的量为800 g/kg,土液比为150 g/L,搅拌时间为60 min,温度为20℃,苯胺去除率可达80%.对改性膨润土进行X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)分析,结果表明:PDMDAAC并未进入膨润土层间,只是负载于膨润土表面,有效增大了膨润土的吸附能力.Using bentonite as rawmaterial and PDMDAAC as modifierprepared a newtype of water treatment agent—PDMDAAC organic modified bentonite. With treating simulated anilinewastewater,aniline removal rate was as evaluation index to determine the optimum conditions as follows: bentonite per kilogram modifier was 800 g / kg,soil liquid ratio was 150 g / L,stirring time was 60 min,the mixingtemperature was 20 ℃,aniline removal was up to 80 %. Modification of bentonite by X ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR) analysis,the results showthat,PDMDAAC did not enter into the bentonite interlayer,just loaded on the surface in the bentonite,effectively increased the adsorption capacity of bentonite.
