摘　　要：系统以沼气以及沼气能源循环构建农村蔬菜大棚、牲畜养殖等工程为主要研究对象,对影响沼气生产过程的主要因素进行分析,提出以温度、压力作为沼气生产过程的主要控制参数,通过PC上位机和LOGO!下位机构成的自动控制与监测系统,采用PI控制算法,同时以西门子LOGO!作为下位机的主要硬件设备,设计硬件结构,完成数据采集、执行机构动作,从而实现沼气生产过程的自动控制,提高目前沼气的生产及使用效率,带动与沼气相关联工程的应用,解决我国农村目前能源利用效率低、应用不合理的问题,最终实现推进沼气在农村的应用水平,提高农民生活质量,加快新农村建设步伐.The system make use of biogas and energy cycle to build some projects,such as rural vegetable greenhouses,livestock production and so on,as the main research objectives,and analyzed the main factors which affected biogas production process. It proposed to choice temperature and pressure as the main control parameters for biogas production process,via PC which is the upper computer and LOGO !which is the lower one built automatic control and monitoring system,and use PI control algorithm. While Siemens LOGO ! as the major hardware design the hardware scheme,which realize data acquisition and actuator action to automatic control for biogas production process,and improve biogas production and efficiency currently,thus it promotes application associated with biogas project,to solve currently energy lowefficiency and irrational use in rural,and ultimately to promote the application level of biogas in rural,further to improve their living quality,and accelerate the pace of newrural construction.
