摘  要:针对目前水稻直播机存在壅泥和滑行阻力大的问题,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的流体动力学模块(FLOTRAN CFX),对船底板下的流体进行模拟和分析。讨论在考虑泥浆水黏度和滑行阻力情况下,截面形状相同的船底板在不同厚度下流体的流线和流动情况,从而优化出最佳船底板厚度。通过对流体的仿真得出:船底板厚度对船底板下流体的流线和流量有显著影响;与传统试验研究方法相比,仿真方法能更直观全面地反映船底板下流体的流动状况,并且能节约成本、提高作业效率。仿真结果显示,船底板厚度在60mm时,泥浆水有较好的流动情况。In the present paper,the flow field of the liquid under the boat-type board of rice direct seeder was simulated and analyzed via the module FLOTRAN CFX in the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the flow line of the liquid at different section thickness was compared considering the viscosity of water and mud sliding resistance.The computation results showed that the depth of the boat-type board exhibited varied effects to the flow field and liquid flux. Compared with the traditional test methods,the present research method would fully and directly reflect the overall flow status under the boat,and consequently save costs and improve efficiency. Under the given conditions,it was shown that a 60 mm depth of the boat-type board had the best effects on flow field and flux.
