摘 要:以二氰二胺、巴比妥酸、Fe(NO3)3·9H2O和Zn(NO3)2·6H2O为原料,用水作溶剂,采用焙烧的方法合成了C3N4/Zn O/Fe2O3复合光催化剂;通过光致发光光谱对其进行了表征。用对苯二甲酸作为探针分子,结合荧光技术研究了C3N4/Zn O/Fe2O3复合光催化剂表面的羟基自由基形成。以甲基橙为光催化反应的模型化合物,评价了C3N4/Zn O/Fe2O3复合光催化剂的紫外光催化活性。结果表明:C3N4与Zn O/Fe2O3质量比率对C3N4/Zn O/Fe2O3复合光催化剂的光催化活性有重要的影响;当C3N4,Zn O和Fe2O3质量比率为10∶1.2∶12.9时所制得的C3N4/Zn O/Fe2O3复合催化剂的紫外光催化活性最好。羟基自由基生成速率的变化趋势与C3N4/Zn O/Fe2O3复合催化剂的光催化活性的变化趋势相吻合。C3N4/Zn O/Fe2O3复合光催化剂的光致发光光谱强度与它的光催化活性之间也有良好的对应关系。Using dicyanodiamine,barbituric acid,Fe( NO3)3·9H2O,and Zn( NO3)2·6H2O as materials and using H2 O as solvent,C3N4/ Zn O / Fe2O3 of heterogeneous photocatalysts were synthesized by calcination method,and characterized by photoluminescence spectra. The formation of hydroxyl radical on the surface of C3N4/ Zn O / Fe2O3 of heterogeneous photocatalysts was studied by terephthalic acid as a probe molecule,combined with fluorescence technique. The UV light photocatalytic activities of C3N4/Zn O / Fe2O3 of heterogeneous photocatalysts were evaluated by using methyl orange as model compounds. The results show that the mass ratio of C3N4 and Zn O / Fe2O3 has an important influence on the photocatalytic activity of C3N4/ Zn O / Fe2O3 of heterogeneous photocatalysts. When the mass ratio of C3N4,Zn O and Fe2O3 is 10∶1. 2∶12. 9,the C3N4/ Zn O / Fe2O3 of heterogeneous photocatalyst has the best photocatalytic activity of UV. The formation rate of hydroxyl radical from weak to strong is in coincide with the photocatalytic activity of C3N4/ Zn O / Fe2O3 of heterogeneous photocatalysts from low to high. In C3N4/ Zn O / Fe2O3 of heterogeneous photocatalysts,there is a good correlation between photoluminescence intensity and photocatalytic activity.
