摘 要:实验研究了亳州六个药材主产区土壤的基本性质和重金属Cd、Pb、Cu、As、Hg的含量,并用单因子污染指数法和内梅罗指数法对各药材产区的重金属污染情况进行评价。结果表明,亳州药材主产区土壤呈碱性,全氮、速效磷、速效钾水平中等偏上,但有机质含量较低;在单个污染物方面,亳州药材产区的多数土壤存在Cu污染的问题,Cd和Pb的含量也急需控制;在重金属综合污染方面,按照国家土壤二级标准,亳州绝大多数药材产区的土壤均处于污染警戒水平。亳州药材主产区土壤重金属污染的控制和治理已迫在眉睫。The basic properties and the content of Cd,Pb,Cu,As,Hg in the soil in six major herbal medicine producing regions of Bozhou were studied and the fact of heavy metal pollution was evaluated by single factor pollution index method and Nemerow pollution index method. The result shows that the soil studied is alkaline,total nitrogen,and available P,available K are on a medium-high level while the content of organic matter is on a low level. Most soil in the major herbal medicine producing regions of Bozhou is polluted by Cu while the contents of Cd,Pb are also on high level; The analysis of Nemerow pollution index method shows that the soil of major herbal medicine producing regions of Bozhou is reached national standard Ⅱ on the whole,but the pollution of heavy metal in most of them is on the potential pollution level( in the relative clean level). The heavy metal pollution on the soil in the major herbal medicine producing regions of Bozhou should be paid more attention.
