小方坯末端电磁搅拌工艺试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了小方坯连铸机通过射钉试验测得铸坯的综合凝固系数及液相穴深度,确定了合理的末端搅拌器安装位置和控制参数,产品实物质量有效改善,取得了较好的冶金效果。Comprehensive solidification coefficient of billet and liquidus temperature of steel are calculated by means of pin shooting experiment. And the reasonable installation location of final electromagnetic stirring is determined. Orthogonal ex- perimental of different steel grades are carried out with different location, different electromagnetic stirring intensity, then by macroscopic acid leaching and segregation, eventually electromagnetic stirring use effect will be got on the continuous caster.
