摘  要:安钢1780热连轧生产线生产的汽车用钢和高强度钢板主要以Ti微合金化为主,Ti微合金元素含量在0.02%~0.10%范围内。而轧制工艺对Ti微合金钢的性能起着决定性的作用。通过对某Ti微合金钢进行不同终轧温度和卷取温度的工艺试验,对比了不同工艺条件下的性能指标。结果表明终轧温度在890℃、卷取温度在600℃时,Ti微合金钢达到强度最高值。The automobile steel and high strength steel, which mainly contain a microalloying element of Ti, are produced in 1780 hot rolling production line of Anyang Steel. The content of the element of Ti is between 0.02% and 0.10%. How- ever, the performance of this kind of steel is mainly determined by rolling process. Through several experiments of different finishing temperature and coiling temperature, this paper has studied the performance index of the steel in different rolling processes. The results show that the maximum strength of the steel can be obtained when the finishing temperature is 890 ℃ and the coiling temperature is 600℃ .
