摘 要:基于深部煤层高地应力、高地温、高渗透压的特点,分析了目前深部区域测压所面临的问题,提出了以控制测压气室体积、套管带压固结与多步分段封孔和主动式补气测压为主要措施的深部测压成套技术,并在潘三矿进行了可行性试验分析。结果表明:套管带压固结与多步分段封孔技术能够有效封堵深部围岩裂隙,消除水压及深部煤层群的影响;主动式补气测压法大大缩短了深部高瓦斯压力区域测压时间,实验结果的误差也非常小。基于以上措施准确测定出揭煤区域7煤、8煤的瓦斯压力分别为2.9MPa和3.14MPa。Based on the characteristics of high ground stress,high ground temperature and high seepage pressure in deep coal seam,the problems were analyzed for the pressure measurement in the deep area.Some measures were applied in the pressure measurement,including controlling the gas chamber volume of pressure-testing,the compound method of pressure consolidation with casing pipe and multistep sectional sealing,the gas pressure measurement with active air supply,then the feasibility test was conducted in Pansan Coal Mine.The results showed that the compound technology of pressure consolidation with casing pipe and multistep sectional sealing could effectively seal the deep surrounding rock fissure,and eliminated effect of water pressure and deep coal seams.The measurement time was greatly shortened by the gas pressure measurement with active air supply in deep and high gas pressure area,and its error was very small.Based on measures above,gas pressure of uncovering coal area in No.7 and No.8 coal seam was rapidly and accurately determined.They respectively had values of 2.9MPa and 3.14MPa.
